In addition to the classic data-drive analysis, the Morphosense Digital Twin offers not only the early detection of the fault but also the identification of the cause of the failure.

Fatigue information, residual life and damage are presented via a secure connection to an IT architecture based on a cloud platform.

Our offers

Focused on innovation and high-end service, Morphosense offers two packages that can be coupled or used independently, depending on technical needs and objectives. The Monitoring offer based on the NEURON® solution and the fatigue estimation offer, based on the digital twin: AXON®.

Digital Twin

The AXON® system allows the estimation of structural fatigue, damage and residual life. Thanks to an IT platform integrating a digital twin and fatigue toolboxes (according to EUROCODES standards, FKM guidelines, DNV recommendations), access to fatigue and residual life of structures is continuous and in real time.

The AXON® solution can be coupled with the NEURON® measurement solution from Morphosense to simplify the architecture and to have the lowest data, but it can also be used independently with already installed customer sensors.

Predictive maintenance becomes accessible for all assets, from the simplest to the most complex.

The data and indicators calculated are displayed on a dedicated and customizable user interface (UI/UX) using secure communication protocols.

Fatigue calculation

Fatigue calculations are carried out in accordance with the applicable guidelines: EUROCODES standards, FKM guidelines, DNV recommendations, according to the different types of assets.

Fatigue estimation is based either on information from the NEURON® sensor network or from databases from other types of existing sensors or those already installed on the structure.


The IT architecture is based on a cloud platform allowing asset management, remote modification of parameters and display of information from the Digital Twin. The exploitation and display of data and information is done through access to a visualization interface and dashboards, adaptable to non-specialists as well as experts.

This platform is fully compatible and adapted to the Morphosense Digital Twin product. Fatigue, residual life and damage information is displayed and updated on the customer interface.
